GED Diploma Transcripts Apostille

Do you require an apostille on your GED Diploma and/or Transcripts?

At Global Apostille, we make obtaining an apostille on your GED Diploma/Transcripts easy and stress-free.

At times, life circumstances prevent people from achieving their educational goals. However, regardless of your difficulties, it is never too late to get an education. Developing reading skills, preparing for the high school equivalency tests, or learning the English language are investments that open doors for personal, professional, and economic growth. Learning is an investment for your brighter future.

What do you need to do to apostille your GED Diploma/Transcript?

1. First, contact your School’s Registrar’s Office and let them know that you need an original or color copy of your diploma to be signed and notarized.  The Registrar’s office will either ask that you mail your original diploma to the school or send to them a color copy by email. Some schools request that you purchase a new diploma from the school. Most schools have an in-house public notary. If your school does not have a notary on staff, you can arrange for a mobile notary to come to your school and meet with the Registrar when it’s convenient for the Registrar. The notary is required to apply proper notarial laws of his/her State for the State office to authenticate your diploma. Most notaries are no experts in authenticating diplomas for another country, so it’s best to trust the apostille process to professionals like us.

2. Once you receive your notarized diploma, please check it to make sure that the diploma has been properly signed and notarized.  Verify that your document bears the original signature and the printed name of the Registrar, as well as the notary’s name, notary’s signature, date of notarization, notarial affidavit, and seal. Some schools will sign and notarize the back of the diploma while others have enough space to use the front.

3. Finally, mail your documents to our office for apostille processing.

Obtaining an apostille can be intricate. Avoid leaving this task for inexperienced staff or non-professionals who are not fully aware of the complexities of the apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your application may be rejected, and you lose time and money. Make a better choice!

Our experts are available Monday through Saturday from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Please call us at 1-770-447-0360 and we will answer all your questions and offer easy to follow detailed instructions.
