Apostille for University Transcripts

Do you require an apostille for your university transcripts?

At Global Apostille, we leverage our high level of professionalism and experience to simplify the process of obtaining an apostille on your university transcripts. Serving customers since 2004, we've established a reputation for our meticulous approach and understanding of the complexities of the apostille process.

We can apostille transcripts issued from all 50 U.S. states as well as the District of Columbia. For countries not part of the Hague Apostille Convention, we also process your transcripts through the U.S. Department of State and the respective Embassy or Consulate office.

Beyond university transcripts, we also handle transcripts issued by Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, Colleges, and Trade Schools. To facilitate the process, please follow the three steps outlined below.

1. First, reach out to your School's Registrar, informing them that you require a notarized copy of your transcripts. The Registrar will generate a new set of transcripts on special tamper-resistant paper and liaise with a notary public. If the school lacks an in-house notary, you can arrange for a traveling notary to visit the school and meet with the Registrar. While most notaries may not be familiar with authenticating a transcript for foreign use, our team at Global Apostille is well-versed in the nuances of the process. The notary must comply with their State's notarial laws to authenticate the documents properly with an apostille.

2. Upon receiving your transcripts, confirm they've been signed and notarized by opening the sealed envelope. Usually, the first or the last page bears the signature and notarization. Do not be concerned about breaking the "seal" as we will need to open the envelope for processing anyway. Please ensure that you check the information on your transcripts and identify any errors before sending them to us. The documents must include the original signature and the printed name of the Registrar, along with the notary's name, signature, date of notarization, notarial wording, and stamp.

3. The final step involves mailing your transcripts to our office for processing. We've designed an order form and credit card authorization form for every U.S. State and the District of Columbia.

Trust Global Apostille for your transcript apostille needs. Our wealth of experience and commitment to professionalism ensures a smooth and efficient process, giving you peace of mind.

"When I was trying to get OCI Processing for my son done in India, I came to know that birth certificate Apostille should be submitted. I was not aware of such a thing. I was not sure whom to trust, I have sent emails to few agencies who said they will get it done. The one thing I really liked about Global Apostille is their prompt response and clear communication through emails."
